4. プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy
本プライバシーポリシーは、ツナガル株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）が提供する本サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いおよび、外部送信に関する事項について定めるものです。

5. 利用規約 / Terms of Use
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、ツナガル株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）が提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザー（以下「ユーザー」といいます。）は、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する当社とユーザーとの一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
また、当社が本サービスに関連して別途定める個別の規定やガイドライン等も、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。

第4条（旅行に関する責任）
- 当社は、航空会社、宿泊施設、現地ガイドなどの提供者との間の仲介者としての立場であり、各提供者の責任に帰すべきトラブル（遅延、事故、サービス提供の中止等）については責任を負いません。
- 渡航に必要な書類（パスポート、ビザ等）の取得、各国の法令遵守、健康管理・感染症対策等は、ユーザー自身の責任となります。
- 必要に応じて、旅行保険等への加入を推奨します。
第5条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 本人以外の名義での申込や虚偽情報の提供
- サービスの全部または一部の複製・転用・販売
- 知的財産権その他の権利侵害行為
- 営利目的での無断利用
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
第6条（サービスの中断・終了）
当社は、以下の場合に、事前の通知なく本サービスの全部または一部を中断または終了することがあります：
- システム保守や障害対応のための一時停止

- Tsunagaru Inc. acts as an intermediary between the User and service providers (e.g., airlines, accommodations, tour operators). We are not liable for any accidents, delays, or other incidents caused by these providers.
- Users are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) and complying with the laws of the destination country.
- Users must confirm any health-related requirements, insurance needs, and risks associated with their travel.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or sale of service content
- Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Use of the Service for commercial purposes without prior consent
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by Tsunagaru Inc.
6. Suspension or Termination of the Service
We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users for the following reasons:
- System maintenance or updates
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters or war
- Operational difficulties or discontinuation of the Service
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to such suspension or termination.
